Registration Notes
1. If you work for a company that is part of a group or a publisher that owns many titles, please enter the groups or publishers name in the Parent organisation/Publisher field.

2. Enter the actual name of the company or the title that you work for in the Operating company/Publication field.

For example, if you work for a newspaper group, enter the groups name in Parent organisation/Publisher (e.g. The Telegraph Group) and the title that you work on in the Operating company/Publication (e.g. The Daily Telegraph)

3. If you work for an operating company/publication that does not have a parent organisation/publiser, or you work for yourself, please be sure to check the N/A boxes where appropriate.
