Beefeater Makeover London June 2nd Beefeaters have been given a modern makeover on their 500th anniversary. Three designs for a 21st century uniform were unveiled at the Tower of London to launch the Super Contemporary exhibition, which celebrates London's creativity. The uniforms - which will not be worn by the Beefeaters - will be on display from June 3 to October 4.

Paul Smith London Sir Paul Smith will be unveiling his much-anticipated design for London as part of the Design Museum's Super Contemporary Exhibition which launches this summer. Paul, along with 12 other designers were asked what they would give back to London and Paul has designed a new London Bin in the shape of a giant 5ft rabbit whose ears light up whenever litter is deposited in it (the idea being it gives something back to whoever uses it).
